A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around Dallastown so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around Dallastown and the surrounding Dallastown, PA communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Dallastown crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Dallastown as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Dallastown to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Ice damming is a real problem in Dallastown, PA winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Dallastown homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
You'll know the exact scope and cost in writing before work starts, and that number doesn't move unless you approve a change.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right — that's the deal.
